Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing

All prints are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing, inspection, and careful packaging before your item leaves our studio in Texas.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping on every U.S. order—no minimum purchase.

We ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, chosen automatically by weight.

Typical transit time: 3–7 business days after the package has been handed off to USPS.
3. International Shipping

International postage is not included in the product price. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight through Shippo (our shipping platform) and delivered by USPS International services.

Estimated transit time: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees are not included. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Updates may take 24 hours to appear once the carrier has scanned the package.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to us.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery—we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

For packages lost in transit (no tracking update for 15+ days domestic, 30+ days international), contact us and we’ll file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute a package once it has shipped, and reshipping due to incorrect or incomplete addresses is the buyer’s responsibility.
