Refund Policy
Because every Forgotten Scrolls print is made to order, we keep returns simple and straightforward:

1. All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or sizing mistakes once printing has begun.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Attach clear photos of the damage (or the incorrect item and packaging).

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

3. Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days in the U.S. (30+ days international), contact us and we’ll replace or refund.

4. Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, printing usually starts and the order can’t be cancelled.

5. Return Shipping (if requested)
On the rare occasion we ask you to ship a damaged item back, we’ll provide a prepaid USPS label—no extra cost to you.
